Hello and Welcome!

Hi, I am Natalie — thank you so much for visiting my website.

I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner with EFT International, the world’s leading professional EFT association, and I hold a degree in Psychology from Warwick University, UK. You can feel confident that you are in safe, qualified hands.

I have always had a deep interest in mental health and wellbeing, and a heartfelt passion for helping people. From a young age, I witnessed close friends struggle with anxiety, eating disorders and self-harm. Even then, I felt a strong desire to find a real and meaningful way to help, to support people in breaking free from their inner battles and emotional pain.

Following that desire is what brought me to where I am now, supporting others through this powerful work…

To help you live free from what holds you back.
To reconnect you with your truth — who you are beneath the self-doubt, fear, or conditioning.
To support you in stepping into the driver’s seat of your life — empowered and open to possibility.

This is what “Live Free. Live True. Open to Life and Possibility” means to me and it’s the heart of the work I do.

Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you there - with care, compassion and gentle guidance.

My Journey with EFT

When I first came across EFT, I was amazed by how fast and effective it could be. I discovered it during a workshop about healthy eating that included using EFT to manage food cravings. Having struggled with emotional eating and cravings (especially chocolate!) I decided to give it a try — and I was astonished. A chocolate craving that felt like a 10/10 (I was literally about to put it in my mouth!) dropped to zero in less than five minutes. I simply didn’t want it anymore. No willpower required! How liberating and empowering — how exciting!

Very quickly, I discovered that EFT could be used in a much deeper way — to get to the root of issues and create lasting, meaningful change.

From there, I began using EFT in so many areas of my life. It helped me manage stress and overwhelm, build self-confidence and overcome lifelong sleep issues. I used it to clear old emotional baggage from childhood, release deep-rooted limiting beliefs, and face my fear of public speaking. It supported me in navigating the challenges of parenting and relationships, and helped me gain clarity in major life decisions — including leaving my teaching career to follow my heart and train in EFT professionally. I even used it to support myself physically, and to fulfil a lifelong dream: running the London Marathon! (Is there anything EFT can’t do?!)

But the most powerful change wasn’t just in what I was doing — it was in how I was feeling and showing up in life. I felt more present, more centred, more calm. More confident and positive. Less reactive, more accepting and open-hearted. Life started to feel more in flow — with more ease, joy and lightness. I felt more authentic, more aligned, and increasingly in the driver’s seat of my own life.

These changes were profound. The more I used EFT, the more I knew that this was the work I was meant to do. Supporting others to experience the same kind of transformation has been deeply rewarding ever since.

EFT is powerful, gentle and truly life-changing — and I feel incredibly lucky to share it.

A Little More About Me — What I Bring to This Work

Alongside my professional training, I bring a wide breadth of life experience, deep compassion and a genuine commitment to personal growth.

I have travelled extensively and lived across four continents — Africa, Australia, America and Europe. Some of my most treasured experiences include working in a rehabilitation centre for street children in Kenya, gorilla trekking in Uganda, walking the Inca Trail in Peru and bathing elephants in Thailand.

I now live in Kent with my husband and our two boys. I also have a stepdaughter, who is currently at university. We are an animal-loving family with a cat, a dog and a hamster! I also love running, yoga and swimming.

A big part of what I bring to my sessions is my deep love of learning and ongoing curiosity about healing and human potential. I regularly study topics such as psychology, mental health, spirituality and personal growth — always seeking to grow and stay current so I can best support the people I work with. Recent learning journeys include:

  • A Year of Miracles with Marci Shimoff

  • Direct Awakening and The Awakened Life with Craig Hamilton

  • Heal Yourself, Heal Your Life with Sue Morter

  • 8-Week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) with Barbara Hussong

  • The High Vibe Journey and Higher with Kelly Pietrangeli

  • Ongoing participation in EFT summits, interviews and professional research

Before becoming a full-time EFT practitioner, I spent many years as a primary school teacher and Early Years leader. Eventually, I made the brave decision to follow my heart — and pursue the work I feel truly called to do: helping others feel free, empowered and aligned with the life they truly want to live.

My background in education has given me a natural ease in supporting children as well as adults through EFT, helping them build confidence, manage worries and navigate their emotions.

My Approach

Each session is unique and personalised to you. It’s all about your life — your challenges, your emotions, your thoughts, your hopes and dreams.

Sessions are fluid and flexible. We follow what naturally arises, and we go at your pace. I’ll always ensure that you feel comfortable with what we’re doing. The process is safe, supportive and grounded in trust.

The approach is gentle. We work with honesty, compassion, kindness, openness, and curiosity — creating a space where you can truly be yourself.

If there are things you are not comfortable sharing, that’s absolutely okay. There are gentle EFT techniques we can use that don’t require going into detail or revisiting traumatic memories. My priority is to ensure you feel safe and supported at every step.

We are working toward real, lasting change — so we aim to gently pull issues up by the root, not just manage the surface. That’s how true emotional freedom becomes possible.

We always close each tapping session with a positive round — bringing in the energy you most want to feel. This might be peace, confidence, trust, joy, motivation, gratitude — or whatever feels most aligned for you in that moment.

Support & Integration Time — a Unique Part of Your Session

Sessions typically last around 55 minutes for the EFT tapping work — but I also offer something extra.

At the end of each session I offer up to 15 minutes of Support & Integration Time — a gentle, nurturing space just for you. This is your time to reflect, process, and receive any additional support you may need.

We might use this time to:

  • Talk through any insights or emotions that came up

  • Craft affirmations to support your growth between sessions

  • Do a grounding or visualisation practice

  • Explore simple ways for you to use EFT at home

  • Introduce other tools from my wider training that may support your journey

This time is completely personalised — and it’s my way of ensuring you feel supported not just during the session, but beyond it too.

Please note- For children, session length and integration time are adapted to suit their needs. My priority is that they feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout. It’s always about them :)
