I support the people I work with using an amazing technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping. EFT is gentle and compassionate whilst also being highly effective. Each session is personally tailored to you; your pace, your needs, your life. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and support you in the way that feels most helpful for you.

What is EFT and what Can it Help With?
EFT, also known as "tapping", is a gentle yet powerful technique that can help with a wide range of emotional and physical challenges. By tapping on acupressure points while focusing on a specific issue, EFT helps calm the nervous system, release emotional stress, and create positive change.
Using EFT, I can support you with:
Anxiety, stress and emotional overwhelm
PTSD, past trauma, old wounds, painful memories, grief
Habits or patterns that no longer serve you

‘Live free’ means living free from all those things that hold you back: the fear, doubt, limiting beliefs, negative self talk, or limited sense of self.
‘Live True’ means living your life in a way which feels authentic, aligned and true to you. No more people pleasing or self doubt holding you back!

What Happens in a Session?
In our sessions, we'll talk through whatever you're struggling with and gently use tapping to explore and release what may be contributing to the issue. Together, we'll work with any emotions, experiences, beliefs or patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
You remain fully in control throughout the process. We go at your pace, with no pressure or judgement. Each session is unique to you, creating a safe and supportive space for healing, growth and lasting change.
Our focus is always on helping you move towards how you'd like to feel and what you'd like to experience more of in your life, for example peace, confidence, joy or freedom.

A Little More About Me, What I Bring to This Work
A big part of what I bring to my sessions is my deep love of learning and ongoing curiosity about healing and human potential. I regularly study topics such as psychology, mental health, spirituality and personal growth, always seeking to grow and stay current so I can best support the people I work with.
Before becoming a full-time EFT practitioner, I spent many years as a primary school teacher and Early Years leader. Eventually, I made the decision to pursue the work I feel truly called to do: helping others feel free, empowered and aligned with the life they truly want to live.
My background in education has given me a natural ease in supporting children as well as adults through EFT, helping them build confidence, manage worries and navigate their emotions. You can find out more about how EFT can help children and teens here.
