Agreement

1. Engagement of Services

By booking a session, you are engaging me as an EFT Practitioner to provide services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement begins when you accept these Terms (via the booking process) and continues until the agreed services have been completed.

Bookings, Sessions and Cancellations

2. Free Consultation

I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute consultation for new clients. This provides an opportunity to explore how EFT may support you and to ask any questions you may have. You can book this via the website.

3. Booking EFT Sessions

EFT sessions (“Sessions”) can be booked through the Bookings page on the website.

4. Initial Session

The first session (the “Initial Session”) will be slightly longer. This allows time to explore your concerns, goals, and intentions, as well as introduce you to EFT techniques.

5. Session Length

  • Initial EFT Session – Adults: up to 70 minutes

  • Subsequent EFT Session – Adults: 60 minutes

  • Initial EFT Session – Children (under 18s): up to 45 minutes

  • Subsequent EFT Session – Children (under 18s): up to 40 minutes

6. Online Sessions via Zoom

All Sessions take place online via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and access to a device with a camera and microphone. It is recommended that you test your setup in advance.

7. Session Start Times

Please ensure you arrive on time for your Session. I recommend logging in a few minutes early.

If you arrive late, the Session will still end at the scheduled time, and no refund will be provided for lost time.

8. Client Intake Form

You will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form prior to your first Session. It is important that you answer all questions honestly and fully, as this information supports the effectiveness of our work together.

As the form includes personal and sensitive data, you will be asked to confirm your consent to its use via a clearly labelled Privacy and Consent checkbox at the time of booking.

If the client is under 18, parental or carer consent is required. For clients aged 13–17, both the young person and their parent/carer must provide consent.

All personal data is processed and stored securely in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy on the website: www.nataliemobbs.com/privacy-policy

9. Sessions with Children (Under 18s)

Sessions with children may take place with or without a parent or carer present. This will be discussed and agreed prior to the Initial Session, based on what is most supportive for the child. In some cases, children may feel more comfortable and able to express themselves openly without a parent or carer present.

In all cases, parental or carer consent is required for a child to participate.

I will ensure appropriate measures are in place to protect the child’s welfare and confidentiality. While I may share general updates or themes where appropriate, the content of sessions will usually remain confidential to support the child’s trust and openness.

Confidentiality may be broken if there are concerns about the safety or wellbeing of the child or others, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.

Parents or carers are encouraged to raise any questions or concerns in advance of the session.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a Session without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes can be made via:

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if a Session is missed, the full session fee will be charged.

11. Cancellation Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply.

By booking, you agree that I may begin providing services before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

If services are fully delivered within the cancellation period, you lose your right to cancel.
