EFT Agreement (Terms and Conditions)
Natalie Mobbs (“we” or “us”)
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Website www.nataliemobbs.com and all services provided by Natalie Mobbs (the Practitioner) to her clients in relation to online Emotional Freedom Techniques therapy sessions (EFT). By engaging the Practitioner’s services, you agree that you have read and understood the Terms outlined below. You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions unconditionally. If you do not agree, you should not use these services.
Please note that these terms may be amended from time to time but any amended Terms and Conditions will only apply to services provided once you contract under them as revised.
The website www.nataliemobbs.com is owned by Natalie Mobbs operating as a sole trader.
To contact the Practitioner please use the email address natalie@nataliemobbs.com which can also be found on the main Website page.
The Practitioner provides online therapy using EFT to support clients for emotional well-being, healing and health. EFT is a complementary therapy and is not a replacement for medical advice which should be provided by a qualified medical professional.
The Practitioner is an accredited UK Certified EFT Practitioner, has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
Clear details of services and how to book can all be found on the website on the Services and Bookings pages: www.nataliemobbs.com
Please ensure that you read this agreement carefully as not only does it form the legal relationship between us, it also provides useful information about the practical side of your therapy.
Agreement
1. Engagement of Services
You are engaging me as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner to provide EFT services (Services) on the terms of this agreement. This contract between us will commence on the date you agree to the terms and conditions (through checking the tick box) and will continue until all of the Services have been performed.
Bookings, Sessions and Cancellations
2. Free Consultation
I offer a free, no obligation, 20 minute consultation for new clients which you are recommended to take as an opportunity to explore how EFT may be able to support you and to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have. This will help you to establish if EFT sessions will be appropriate and beneficial for you. You are able to book this on the Bookings page on the website.
3. Booking EFT Sessions
EFT sessions (“Sessions”) can also be booked on the Bookings page on the website.
4. Session Length
EFT sessions are scheduled for a maximum of 70 minutes. The 70 minutes will consist of EFT tapping and also ‘Support and Integration Time’. The division of time and focus in each session is flexible and will be personalised to your needs, preferences and as an appropriate response to what arises during the session. For more details on this please refer to the Services page of the website.
5. Sessions for Minors
Shorter sessions and special rates are available for persons under 18 years. This can be agreed directly with the Practitioner, either through the contact form, through email, or through the free 20 minute consultation.
6. Online Sessions via Zoom
All sessions will take place over the internet, via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to a device with a camera and a microphone. It is recommended that you test your set up beforehand.
7. Session Start Times
It is very important that you turn up for the Sessions on time. Please log on a few minutes early to ensure we can start on time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late for your Session, we will not be able to continue past the scheduled end time due to the scheduling of other clients (and we will not be obliged to provide any refund to you).
8. Client Intake Form
We ask you to complete a Client Intake Form before we meet our first session. It is very important that you answer these questions honestly and completely as these answers will be the foundation for our sessions. As the form requests that you provide personal and sensitive data we specifically request that you confirm your agreement to the use of this data by ticking the required box entitled ‘Privacy and Consent’ which is clearly labelled and explained, on the website, at the time of booking.
If the client is under 18 years, parental/carer consent is required. If the client is 13–17 years then both parental/carer and child consent are required. Please tick the appropriate boxes, which are clearly explained, at the time of booking.
All data will be processed and stored securely in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
9. Sessions with Children
Sessions with children are typically conducted with the parent or carer present to ensure a supportive environment and to facilitate communication. However, there may be circumstances where sessions can be conducted without the parent or carer present, such as when the child is 13 years or older and has demonstrated the ability to engage in the session independently. In such cases, the child must still have parental or carer consent to participate in the sessions.
If a parent or carer is not present during a session, they will be kept informed about the content of the session and any relevant outcomes. The Practitioner will ensure that appropriate measures are in place to protect the child's welfare and confidentiality. Parents or carers are encouraged to discuss any concerns they may have regarding the session format or content with the Practitioner prior to the appointment.
10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a Session, you may do so without charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to us. You must give us this notice by emailing natalie@nataliemobbs.com or you can reschedule via the link on your EFT session confirmation email. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or if you miss a Session, you will be charged the full payment for that Session.
11. Cancellation Period
Although the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Regulations”) may apply to the provision of services provided under this agreement, you agree that we may commence the performance of the services before the end of the 14 day cancellation period referred to in the Regulations.
If we have already started work on the services by the time you cancel the agreement, you agree to pay us any costs we have reasonably incurred in starting to perform the services. If we have provided the services in full before the expiry of the cancellation period, then you lose the right to cancel.
If you cancel this agreement and we have not commenced performance of the services and you have made any payment in advance for services that have not been provided to you, we will refund these amounts to you.
Subject to the above, you may cancel this agreement at any time within the cancellation period by emailing natalie@nataliemobbs.com or you can cancel via the link on your session confirmation email.
Fees and Payments
12. Free Consultation
The Practitioner offers new clients the option to book a free, no obligation, 20 minute consultation.
13. EFT Session Payments
Following the initial free session we will charge you £90 per session (including VAT where applicable). Payment is required, through the website booking system, at the time of booking. If payment has not been received in cleared funds prior to the session, we will not proceed with the session.
14. Block Bookings and Cancellations
The Practitioner offers you the option to block book sessions at a discounted rate. Three sessions can be purchased at the reduced rate of £260, and six sessions can be purchased at the reduced rate of £510. This fee must be paid in advance. You will then receive a special code to book your EFT sessions at times that suit you. The sessions must all take place within six months of the initial purchase.
Refunds: Once a session has been completed, it is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be provided for incomplete packages
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as completed.
Expiry: Any unused sessions will expire six months from the date of the initial purchase. After this period, no refunds or extensions will be granted.
15. Discounts for Under 18s and Students
As mentioned previously, shorter sessions and special rates are available for persons under 18 years. Student discounts may also be available. This can be agreed directly with the Practitioner, either through the free 20 minute consultation, through the contact form, or through email.
16. Price Modifications
The Practitioner reserves the right to modify prices and services on the Website although prices agreed with clients prior to such modification dates will stand.
Confidentiality
17. Confidentiality of Sessions
We may discuss matters that are sensitive in nature during our sessions. Subject to clause 19 below, we will keep all of such information confidential.
18. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose certain of your information in the following circumstances:
a) Where you consent to us sharing your information.
b) Where we are compelled to disclose your information by court or by regulations or laws.
c) Where we consider you or somebody else to be at risk or to prevent illegal acts or harm to you or to others.
19. Supervision and Confidentiality
As is good practice in therapy, I am part of professional supervision groups. This allows me to reflect on my practice and ensure I continue to provide the best possible support to clients. Any discussion of client work in supervision is anonymised and generalised — your identity and personal details will never be shared. Supervision is bound by the same standards of confidentiality as our sessions.
20. Session Notes
I keep notes of our sessions to support continuity of your therapy and to refer back if needed. These notes are kept secure and confidential, in line with professional standards and data protection laws. They are not shared with anyone (other than in anonymised form for supervision as described above). Notes will be retained for a period of six years after our work together ends (in line with professional guidelines), after which they will be securely destroyed.
21. Code of Ethics
I am bound by the Code of Ethics of EFT International. A copy of the Code of Ethics may be viewed at: https://eftinternational.org/

23. Quality of Service
The Sessions shall be provided with due care, skill and ability. Other than this, all warranties and representations are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Due to the nature of therapy, no guarantees of any particular results can be made.
24. Exclusion of Certain Losses
There shall be no liability for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into this agreement.
25. Total Liability
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall in all circumstances be limited to the total price paid by you for the sessions in the 12 months preceding any claim.
26. Delays and Prevention
If we are prevented from or delayed in performing my obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside of my control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.
27. Survival of Liability Provisions
The provisions of this liability section shall survive termination of this agreement.

28. Data Protection
We use and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We are the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the materials and content that we use within the Sessions and nothing in this agreement or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in such material or content to you or to any other. You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the content or materials that we use in the Sessions. We grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable revocable licence to use all or any of the content or material used in the Sessions for the purposes for which the Sessions were provided only.
30. Recordings
You may not without my prior written consent make any audio and/or visual recordings of all or any part of our Sessions. We may make audio and/or visual recordings of our Sessions with your permission.
Force Majeure
31. Force Majeure
I shall not be in breach of this agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under this agreement arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond my reasonable control.
Termination
32. Termination of Agreement
You may end therapy at any time by notifying me, and you will only be liable to pay for sessions that have already taken place (or any block bookings already used in part, in line with section 14).
I may terminate this agreement at any time by giving you notice, for example if I believe the services are no longer appropriate for your needs, if sessions are repeatedly missed or cancelled, or if there is a breach of this agreement. Where possible, I will discuss my reasons with you and, if appropriate, signpost you to alternative sources of support.
Complaints Procedure
33. Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the Services, you are encouraged to raise your complaint directly with the Practitioner by emailing natalie@nataliemobbs.com. The Practitioner will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, you may escalate it to the Practitioner’s professional body, EFT International, in accordance with their published complaints process (see https://eftinternational.org).
