EFT, also known as “tapping,” is a gentle yet powerful way to resolve a range an issues. This includes releasing emotional stress, shifting limiting beliefs and clearing energy blocks — all in a safe and supportive way.

It brings together principles from modern psychology and the ancient wisdom of acupuncture (but without any needles!). By gently tapping on specific points on the face and body while focusing on a challenge, memory or emotion, EFT helps calm the nervous system, ease distress, and support lasting emotional shifts.

When we go through stress, emotional pain, or difficult experiences, our bodies can hold onto that tension — sometimes for years. EFT helps you release what’s been stuck.

You simply tap with your fingertips on key points (like the side of the hand, or under the eye) while tuning into how you are feeling. It’s not about forcing positive thinking. It’s about being honest with yourself — naming what’s really going on — and allowing the body to relax as you do. This process sends calming signals to the brain, especially to the amygdala — the part that reacts to stress and fear. As your system settles, intense emotions can soften, old patterns can begin to shift, and you start to feel safer, more present and more yourself.

What to Expect in a Session

In our sessions together, we’ll talk through whatever is on your mind or heart, and then gently use tapping to explore and release what’s beneath the surface. You remain fully in control at all times — I simply guide the process and hold the space for whatever you need. We go at your pace. There’s no pressure. No judgement. Just a gentle, powerful process that meets you exactly where you are.

You don’t need to have the right words, or even know exactly what’s wrong. EFT is a flexible, intuitive process, and we’ll explore things together as they arise.

Each session is personalised, supportive, and tailored to you. Whether you arrive with a clear issue, a sense that something needs to shift, or a goal you’d like to move towards, we’ll work together to bring insight, release, and healing.

At the end of each session I offer up to 15 minutes of Support & Integration Time — a gentle, nurturing space just for you. This is your time to reflect, process, and receive any additional support you may need.

“I had never heard of EFT prior to my session with Natalie. I was intrigued but a little sceptical at first, although I soon discovered that I needn’t have been! It was really very liberating and we quickly identified that the physical pain I’d had for decades was centred in my core and had an emotional cause. The tapping felt odd at first but soon felt very natural and soothing. The conversation flowed easily as Natalie went through the various stages of the EFT process using my own words to prompt further questions.  We identified one significant long standing issue in particular to work through. I almost wept at one point when my tummy growled loudly as if “speaking” to the decades of discomfort. Towards the end of the session of about an hour my pain lessened significantly and I felt “lighter” and far less burdened. We checked the stomach pain levels at various stages as we worked through the process on a scale of 1 - 10 to check how it was working and it was now down to a 1.  Natalie asked if there was any residual pain that hadn’t been addressed. There was still a very small discomfort (emotional and physical) and we went through the “box” scenario which worked well and the pain finally stopped completely! I know there’s still much to work through as I continue to clear things from my past, but EFT has been of real benefit to me so far and my initial scepticism has completely evaporated.
