I offer a personalised and compassionate approach that is also deeply effective. I am an accredited and certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner with a degree in Psychology, and I also bring insights from many additional courses, trainings and workshops to our sessions. My aim is always to support you in the most meaningful and helpful way possible.
