Hi, I’m Natalie,

I am an Accredited Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner with a degree in Psychology. I work with both adults and children, supporting each person to gently let go of what no longer serves them so they can reconnect with who they truly are, feel more in control and move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Perhaps you’ve been feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, unwanted habits, phobias or painful memories. I can help you gently release these challenges so you can move towards greater ease, lightness and freedom.

I offer a calm, safe space and effective tools to support your healing and to help you feel empowered and ready for what’s next.

Each session is personally tailored to you: your pace, your needs, your life. You will be met exactly where you are, with compassion and care, and supported in the way that feels most helpful for you.

This work is close to my heart. I have experienced the power of EFT in my own life, and I am passionate about helping others find that same sense of freedom and emotional ease.
